The 10-county South Central Kentucky region offers high-quality, low-cost utility rates. The following utilities provide services in the region:
Electric
Kentucky’s electric utility rates are the third lowest in the country, according to the latest federal figures (September 2009). For industrial only, these rates are still the third lowest behind only Oklahoma and Louisiana. This data represents the statewide average price for all sectors, including industrial, from all utility companies.
Natural Gas
Sewer
The South Central Kentucky region offers sewer treatment plants that feature capacities ranging from 129,000 gallons (Edmonson County) to 10.6 million gallons (Warren County). A PDF listing the various sewer treatment plants is available here.
